text-decoration: none;">梵天淨土</a>”，國務院於1986年將其確定為<a href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/413177.htm" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); text-decoration: none;">國家級自然保護區</a>。梵淨山乃“<a href="http://baike.baidu.com/subview/741669/8058633.htm" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); text-decoration: none;">九華山</a>齊名的中國第五大佛教名山，在<a href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/5715633.htm" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); text-decoration: none;">佛教史</a>上具有重要的地位。梵淨山是聯合國人與自然保護圈成員單位之一。梵淨山不僅是中國著名的彌勒菩薩道場，同時也是世界重要保護區和聯合國教科文組織“人與生物圈”保護網成員之一，是中國少有的佛教道場和自然保護區兩者重合的名山，成為中國佛教文化與生態和諧共存的重要典範之一。Day 2&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;湖南&nbsp;&nbsp;懷化+中方縣荊坪古村→桐木蒲海→黃溪瀑布→康龍原始森林&nbsp;<p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 52.55pt; background-clip: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;">荊坪古村：荊坪古村位於中方縣中方鎮舞水河西岸，距懷化市區15公里，交通十分便利。村內現有祠堂、古驛道、伏波宮、文昌閣、節孝坊、唐代古井、水文碑、龍鳳橋、觀音閣、五通神廟和舊、新石器時代遺扯等20多處古文化遺址。荊坪及舞水河一帶，古為南蠻之地，歷來為各民族及各部族的雜居之地，民俗文化氣息濃厚。現流傳至今的如酒歌、儺戲、漁鼓、霸王鞭等民俗文化要素吸引著無數遊人。&nbsp;桐木蒲海：桐木鎮種植湘珍珠葡萄面積最大、產量最多、產值最高，全鎮90%以上農戶種有葡萄，葡萄收入已經成為全鎮經濟收入的主要來源，成為遠近聞名的‘中國南方葡萄溝’……在桐木鎮大松坡蒲海水庫發現了一株百年刺葡萄老藤，其覆蓋面積達414.66平方米，地徑22.5釐米，最長枝條長度達到23.4米，經採用碳14交叉定位方法測算，發現樹齡已有120餘年。8月中旬，這株百年刺葡萄老藤被上海大世界基尼斯總部認定為‘中國最大的刺葡萄藤’。&nbsp;黃溪瀑布：黃溪位於湖南懷化市郊，聚自然景觀與人文景觀於一體，它的發現、開發填補了湖南旅遊景觀的空白。在同一地方形成幾十個瀑布，實屬國內罕見。景區由二十多處大小不一的瀑布組成的瀑布群，瀑布落差最高達100多米，瀑布群氣勢磅礴，雄偉壯觀。黃溪瀑布不是黃果樹勝似黃果樹：黃溪之水清澈見底，不是九寨溝勝似九寨溝，黃溪山水不是金鞭溪勝似金鞭溪。&nbsp;康龍風景區：康龍風景區位於新建鄉境內，總面積55.61平方公里。康龍風景區峰巒起伏，樹林繁密，森林覆蓋率90%以上，是湖南省現存不多的原始次森林集中分佈區之一。康龍風景區野生動植物資源十分豐富，屬國家重點保護的珍稀植物有紅豆衫、伯樂樹等28種，屬國家重點保護的動物有雲豹、大靈貓等27種。康龍是一個集生態觀光、休閒度假、森林探險、科普教育為一體的生態旅遊勝地。洪江市黔陽古城黔陽古城：黔陽古城位於沅水上游的省級<a href="http://baike.baidu.com/view/39422.htm" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
