經過協會第二屆常務理事會第四次會議研究，常務理事會已原則通過你會籌備組提出的《關於組建成立世界華人建築師協會攝影研究會的申請》及《組織細則》。

The 4th Meeting of the 2nd Executive Council approved the establishment of the Photography Committee and organization rules in principle.

常務理事會同意由理事鄭光磊先生擔任攝影研究會的總召集人，趙崇新先生擔任副總召集人。副會長吳夏雄先生負責攝影研究會與常務理事會的聯絡工作及同意呈報的張楠等9位會員為成員。

The Executive Council agreed that Council member Zheng Guanglei shall be the Convener and Zhao Chongxin as Deputy-convener. Vice-president Wu Hsia Hisung was appointed to be responsible for the contact between the Committee and the Executive Council. The Executive Council also agreed the nine members proposed including Zhang Nan as the Committee members.

常務理事會決定攝影研究會的成立日期為2009年2月22日。並希望攝影研究會成立之後，能積極開展建築攝影的相關活動；通過舉辦講座等多種活動方式推動我會成員攝影專業水準的提升；通過攝影宣傳我會的各項活動和會員作品；通過多種形式的活動活躍會內氣氛，增強協會的凝聚力；力爭每年年會上舉辦一次年度成果展覽等。

The Executive Council confirmed that the date of establishment of the Photography Committee was Feb. 22, 2009 and hoped that the Photography Committee could hold relevant activities actively. The Committee could promote member’s photography skills by lectures and publicize the Association or members’ achievements by photos. It could liven up the atmosphere by various kinds of activities. The Committee shall try to put up an annual photo exhibition.
